Service Description

A Two-Day Intensive for Emerging and Established Leaders Overview: This two-day interactive training invites leaders to reimagine how they lead, communicate, and influence within a restorative and trauma-responsive framework. Participants will explore the intersection of emotional intelligence, accountability, and compassion — learning how to lead teams in ways that foster belonging, balance, and trust. Grounded in the Restorative Leadership Framework (RLF), this experience transforms leadership from a position of authority into a practice of healing. Participants will learn to integrate restorative principles into daily management, supervision, and decision-making — creating space for authenticity, reflection, and shared growth across their organizations. Key Learning Objectives: Understand the core components of Restorative Leadership, including empathy, transparency, and courageous accountability. Learn to apply restorative dialogue tools to strengthen relationships and navigate conflict effectively. Explore how emotional intelligence enhances leadership presence, communication, and influence. Identify opportunities to model psychological safety and trust-building in supervision and team settings. Develop a personalized Restorative Leadership Action Plan to guide continued growth and application.
