Shine On: A Story of Restoration and Healing
Born from healing. Built on purpose. Guided by compassion.

Meet Rhonda Smith-Fitzpatrick, MSW

I’m Rhonda, Certified Life Coach, Trainer, and creator of the Restorative Child Welfare Services Framework — a values-based model that brings compassion, accountability, and equity to the heart of public service.

A health crisis in 2014 became my turning point. It taught me that healing isn’t just personal — it’s systemic. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to transforming not only how we lead, but how we care — for ourselves, our teams, and the communities we serve.

With over 25 years in child welfare services, organizational development, and staff training, I’ve learned that sustainable change happens when we lead restoratively — combining humanity with strategy, and vision with heart.
