Service Description

A Two-Day Intensive for Child Welfare and Human Services Leaders Overview: This two-day immersive training guides leaders, supervisors, and teams through the process of transforming organizational culture from compliance-driven to compassion-centered. Grounded in the Restorative Services Framework, participants explore how trauma awareness, emotional intelligence, and equity principles can be embedded into everyday systems, policies, and relationships. Through reflective dialogue, case examples, and interactive learning, participants examine the connection between staff well-being, leadership behaviors, and service outcomes. The training provides practical tools for restoring trust, strengthening collaboration, and creating environments where staff and families feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Key Learning Objectives: Understand the core elements of a Restorative Agency, including trust, accountability, equity, and belonging. Identify barriers to restoration within existing organizational practices and explore strategies for systemic healing. Strengthen trauma-responsive leadership skills that model empathy, transparency, and consistency.
